1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Abstinent, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies to this app. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years old to use Abstinent, in line with its App Store age rating. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 17, do not use the app.
3. The service
Abstinent provides counters, journaling, insights, reminders and optional app/site blocking to support behaviour change. Features may evolve over time.
4. Not medical advice
Content, tips, insights and predictions in the app are for informational and motivational purposes only. They do not constitute medical, psychological or therapeutic advice. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions regarding a medical condition, withdrawal, or mental health.
5. Subscriptions (Premium)
- Premium is an auto-renewable subscription offered as a monthly or yearly plan. Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial, where offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use the app only for lawful, personal purposes and not to misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the app except as permitted by law.
7. Intellectual property
The app, its design, text and content are owned by Abstinent and protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any outcome (such as sobriety) will be achieved.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abstinent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
10. Termination and suspension
We may suspend or discontinue the app or any feature at any time, with or without notice, for example for maintenance, legal compliance, or misuse. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Because your data is stored on your device, ending your use does not delete it automatically — uninstall the app or delete data from Settings if you want it removed. Active subscriptions remain governed by Apple's App Store policies until you cancel them in your Apple Account settings.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date, which will govern your continued use of the app after that date. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, stop using the app.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.

En téléchargeant ou en utilisant Abstinent, tu acceptes ces Conditions d'utilisation ainsi que le contrat de licence utilisateur (EULA) standard d'Apple, qui s'applique à cette app. Si tu n'acceptes pas, n'utilise pas l'app.
2. Éligibilité
Tu dois avoir au moins 17 ans pour utiliser Abstinent, conformément à sa classification d'âge sur l'App Store. En utilisant l'app, tu confirmes remplir cette condition. Si tu as moins de 17 ans, n'utilise pas l'app.
3. Le service
Abstinent fournit des compteurs, un journal, des analyses, des rappels et un blocage optionnel d'apps/sites pour soutenir le changement de comportement. Les fonctionnalités peuvent évoluer.
4. Pas un avis médical
Les contenus, conseils, analyses et prédictions de l'app ont une finalité informative et motivationnelle uniquement. Ils ne constituent pas un avis médical, psychologique ou thérapeutique. Consulte toujours un professionnel de santé qualifié pour toute question relative à une condition médicale, au sevrage ou à la santé mentale.
5. Abonnements (Premium)
- Premium est un abonnement à renouvellement automatique proposé en formule mensuelle ou annuelle. Les prix sont affichés dans l'app et peuvent varier selon la région.
- Le paiement est débité de ton compte Apple à la confirmation de l'achat.
- L'abonnement se renouvelle automatiquement sauf désactivation au moins 24 h avant la fin de la période en cours. Le renouvellement est débité dans les 24 h précédant la fin de la période.
- Tu peux gérer ou résilier ton abonnement dans les réglages de ton compte Apple après l'achat.
- Toute portion non utilisée d'une période d'essai gratuite, le cas échéant, est perdue lors de l'achat d'un abonnement.
6. Usage acceptable
Tu t'engages à utiliser l'app uniquement à des fins licites et personnelles, et à ne pas en faire un usage abusif, à ne pas la décompiler ni tenter de la perturber, sauf dans la mesure autorisée par la loi.
7. Propriété intellectuelle
L'app, son design, ses textes et contenus appartiennent à Abstinent et sont protégés par les lois applicables. Tu reçois une licence limitée, non exclusive et non transférable d'utilisation.
8. Exclusion de garanties
L'app est fournie « en l'état » et « selon disponibilité », sans garantie d'aucune sorte, dans la mesure maximale permise par la loi. Nous ne garantissons pas que l'app sera ininterrompue, sans erreur, ni qu'un résultat (comme l'abstinence) sera atteint.
9. Limitation de responsabilité
Dans la mesure maximale permise par la loi, Abstinent ne pourra être tenue responsable de dommages indirects, accessoires ou consécutifs résultant de l'utilisation ou de l'impossibilité d'utiliser l'app.
10. Résiliation et suspension
Nous pouvons suspendre ou arrêter l'app ou une fonctionnalité à tout moment, avec ou sans préavis, par exemple pour maintenance, conformité légale ou usage abusif. Tu peux cesser d'utiliser l'app à tout moment en la désinstallant. Comme tes données sont stockées sur ton appareil, arrêter l'utilisation ne les efface pas automatiquement — désinstalle l'app ou supprime les données depuis les Réglages si tu le souhaites. Les abonnements actifs restent régis par les politiques de l'App Store jusqu'à résiliation dans les réglages de ton compte Apple.
11. Modifications
Nous pouvons mettre à jour ces Conditions de temps à autre. Les changements importants seront reflétés sur cette page avec une nouvelle date de « dernière mise à jour », qui fera foi pour ton utilisation continue de l'app. Si tu n'acceptes pas les Conditions mises à jour, cesse d'utiliser l'app.
12. Droit applicable
Ces Conditions sont régies par le droit suisse, sans égard aux règles de conflit de lois, sauf application des lois impératives de protection des consommateurs de ton pays de résidence.

1. Akzeptanz
Durch das Herunterladen oder Verwenden von Abstinent stimmen du diesen Nutzungsbedingungen und den Apple zu Endbenutzer-Lizenzvereinbarung (EULA) für lizenzierte Anwendungen, was für diese App gilt. Wenn du damit nicht einverstanden sind, verwenden du die App nicht.
2. Teilnahmeberechtigung
Das müssen du mindestens sein 17 Jahre alt Abstinent entsprechend seiner Altersfreigabe App Store zu verwenden. Mit der Nutzung der App bestätigen du, dass du diese Voraussetzung erfüllen. Wenn du unter 17 Jahre alt sind, verwenden du die App nicht.
3. Der Service
Abstinent bietet Zähler, Journale, Einblicke, Erinnerungen und optionale App-/Site-Blockierung, um Verhaltensänderungen zu unterstützen. Funktionen können sich im Laufe der Zeit weiterentwickeln.
4. Kein medizinischer Rat
Inhalte, Tipps, Einblicke und Vorhersagen in der App dienen ausschließlich Informations- und Motivationszwecken. du stellen keine medizinische, psychologische oder therapeutische Beratung dar. Lassen du sich bei Fragen zu Erkrankungen, Entzug oder psychischer Gesundheit immer von einem qualifizierten Gesundheitsdienstleister beraten.
5. Abonnements (Premium)
- Premium ist ein Abonnement mit automatischer Verlängerung als Monats- oder Jahresplan angeboten. Die Preise werden in der App angezeigt und können je nach Region variieren.
- Die Zahlung wird dir in Rechnung gestellt Apple-Konto bei der Kaufbestätigung.
- Das Abonnement erneuert sich automatisch sofern sie nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor dem Ende des aktuellen Zeitraums ausgeschaltet wird. Die Verlängerung Ihres Kontos wird innerhalb von 24 Stunden vor Ablauf des Zeitraums belastet.
- Du kannst verwalten oder stornieren dein Abonnement nach dem Kauf in deinen Apple-Kontoeinstellungen.
- Beim Kauf eines Abonnements verfällt der ungenutzte Teil einer kostenlosen Testversion, sofern diese angeboten wird.
6. Akzeptable Verwendung
du erklären sich damit einverstanden, die App nur für rechtmäßige, persönliche Zwecke zu nutzen und die App nicht zu missbrauchen, zurückzuentwickeln oder zu stören, es sei denn, dies ist gesetzlich zulässig.
7. Geistiges Eigentum
Die App, ihr Design, Text und Inhalt sind Eigentum von Abstinent und durch geltende Gesetze geschützt. du erhalten eine eingeschränkte, nicht exklusive und nicht übertragbare Lizenz zur Nutzung der App.
8. Gewährleistungsausschluss
Die App wird „wie besehen“ und „wie verfügbar“ ohne Gewährleistungen jeglicher Art im größtmöglichen gesetzlich zulässigen Umfang bereitgestellt. Wir übernehmen keine Gewähr dafür, dass die App ununterbrochen oder fehlerfrei läuft oder dass irgendein Ergebnis (z. B. Nüchternheit) erzielt wird.
9. Haftungsbeschränkung
Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, haftet Abstinent nicht für indirekte, zufällige oder Folgeschäden, die sich aus deiner Nutzung oder Unmöglichkeit der Nutzung der App ergeben.
10. Kündigung und Aussetzung
Wir können die App oder jede Funktion jederzeit mit oder ohne Vorankündigung aussetzen oder einstellen, beispielsweise aus Wartungsgründen, zur Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften oder wegen Missbrauchs. du können die Nutzung der App jederzeit beenden, indem du sie deinstallieren. Da deine Daten auf deinem Gerät gespeichert sind, werden sie bei Beendigung der Nutzung nicht automatisch gelöscht. Deinstallieren du die App oder löschen du die Daten aus den Einstellungen, wenn du sie entfernen möchten. Aktive Abonnements unterliegen weiterhin den App Store-Richtlinien von Apple, bis du sie in deinen Apple-Kontoeinstellungen kündigen.
11. Änderungen
Wir können diese Bedingungen von Zeit zu Zeit aktualisieren. Wesentliche Änderungen werden auf dieser Seite mit einem neuen „letzten Aktualisierungsdatum“ angezeigt, das deine weitere Nutzung der App nach diesem Datum regelt. Wenn du den aktualisierten Bedingungen nicht zustimmen, beenden du die Nutzung der App.
12. Anwendbares Recht
Diese Bedingungen unterliegen den Gesetzen der Schweiz, ohne Rücksicht auf Kollisionsnormen, es sei denn, es gelten zwingende Verbraucherschutzgesetze Ihres Wohnsitzlandes.

5. Abbonamenti (Premium)
- Premium è un abbonamento con rinnovo automatico offerto come piano mensile o annuale. I prezzi sono mostrati nell'app e possono variare in base alla regione.
- Il pagamento è a carico del tuo Conto Apple alla conferma dell'acquisto.
- L'abbonamento si rinnova automaticamente a meno che non venga spento almeno 24 ore prima della fine del periodo corrente. Il tuo account verrà addebitato per il rinnovo entro 24 ore prima della fine del periodo.
- Puoi gestire o annullare il tuo abbonamento nelle impostazioni del tuo account Apple dopo l'acquisto.
- Qualsiasi parte inutilizzata di una prova gratuita, ove offerta, viene persa quando acquisti un abbonamento.
6. Uso accettabile
L'utente accetta di utilizzare l'app solo per scopi personali e legali e di non abusarne, decodificarla o tentare di interrompere l'app, salvo quanto consentito dalla legge.
7. Proprietà intellettuale
L'app, il suo design, testo e contenuti sono di proprietà di Abstinent e protetti dalle leggi applicabili. Ricevi una licenza limitata, non esclusiva e non trasferibile per utilizzare l'app.

Nella misura massima consentita dalla legge, Abstinent non sarà responsabile per eventuali danni indiretti, incidentali o consequenziali derivanti dall'utilizzo o dall'impossibilità di utilizzare l'app.
10. Risoluzione e sospensione
Possiamo sospendere o interrompere l'app o qualsiasi funzionalità in qualsiasi momento, con o senza preavviso, ad esempio per manutenzione, conformità legale o uso improprio. Puoi smettere di utilizzare l'app in qualsiasi momento disinstallandola. Poiché i tuoi dati sono archiviati sul tuo dispositivo, la fine dell'utilizzo non li elimina automaticamente: disinstalla l'app o elimina i dati dalle Impostazioni se desideri che vengano rimossi. Gli abbonamenti attivi rimangono regolati dalle politiche App Store di Apple finché non li annulli nelle impostazioni del tuo account Apple.
11. Modifiche
Potremmo aggiornare i presenti Termini di tanto in tanto. Le modifiche sostanziali si rifletteranno in questa pagina con una nuova data di "ultimo aggiornamento", che regolerà l'utilizzo continuato dell'app dopo tale data. Se non accetti i Termini aggiornati, smetti di utilizzare l'app.
12. Legge applicabile
Le presenti Condizioni sono regolate dalle leggi della Svizzera, indipendentemente dalle norme sui conflitti di legge, a meno che non si applichino le leggi obbligatorie sulla tutela dei consumatori del tuo Paese di residenza.
